Seema had built a brand rooted in sustainability and exceptional craft, but her customers were not fully understanding the value behind what they were buying.
Coral by Seema was created with heart, discipline and deep commitment to responsible fashion. Her processes were thoughtful, her dyeing techniques researched and her materials premium. Every piece carried hours of work and careful decision-making.
Yet much of this depth was getting lost in translation. Customers admired the garments, but the ethics, the zero-waste philosophy and the scale of craftsmanship behind them were not being fully recognised. At the same time, Seema was primarily working with pure silk, a material inherently luxurious but the brand itself was not being perceived as a luxury label.
She stood at a crossroads. She had mastered the craft and wanted to take the brand global, but she didn’t yet have the clarity to communicate its true value. Was sustainable fashion truly being consumed meaningfully in India, or was it simply a passing narrative? Should Coral position itself purely as a sustainable label, or was there a stronger route forward
This wasn’t just a design problem. It was a clarity problem.
Goal
The goal was to bring clarity to what Coral by Seema truly represented and position it with the strength it deserved.
We began by closely studying the foundation of the brand, the dyeing processes, the materials, the hours of craft, the research behind each technique and Seema’s personal involvement in every detail of production. What emerged was a rare combination of discipline, artistry and intention.
It became evident that Coral was not simply a sustainable label. It was a luxury brand shaped through responsible methods, where craftsmanship, material choice and thoughtful processes came together to create garments of depth and value.
The objective was to articulate this clearly, shaping Coral by Seema into a conscious luxury label with a refined identity, one capable of resonating with a global audience while remaining deeply rooted in its philosophy.

Coral by Seema now operates with clarity and conviction.
The brand language shifted from explaining sustainability to embodying it. Luxury moved to the forefront while sustainability became an intrinsic value rather than a statement that needed justification.
We formalised Seema’s signature techniques, translating her processes into recognisable brand assets. Her packaging was redesigned to reflect the depth of the studio’s practices, ensuring every touchpoint carried the same philosophy as the garments themselves. A loyalty program extended this relationship further, inviting customers into the world behind the craft.
Coral by Seema is no longer experienced as a product alone. It now stands as a thoughtful luxury label built on process, material integrity and quiet confidence. Most importantly, Seema now speaks about her brand with certainty, not as a designer seeking validation, but as a founder who understands the value she has built.
